Augmentation/Lift
Breast augmentation enhances the size and shape of the breast by
inserting implants. The technique can also help restore a loss of breast
volume from previous breast feeding or weight loss. A breast uplift or
mastopexy can be done in conjunction with enlargement, if necessary.
Silicone Gel Breast Implants
Dr. John Leikensohn and
Dr. Jeffery Scott were selected to participate in
the silicone study that had taken place over the past 12 years. The findings
from their work and that of many other plastic surgeons were used to confirm
the FDA’s final ruling that silicon breast implants are safe for use by all
board certified plastic surgeons.

augmentation with Mentor smooth saline implants overfilled to 300cc.
Incisions were at the inframammary fold and implants were placed beneath the
muscle. She now wears a 34C cup bra.
